for financing fore your business. Lenders want to know that you have a
viable business idea, and that you appear to have the knowledge and
ability to run your business.

business owner should refer to the business plan from time to time
throughout the early stages of operation. This helps to stay on track, and
can also provide re-assurance and confidence if things don't seem to be
